Channelized receivers,which based on microwave phtonics,have obvious advantages compared with the traditional electronic receivers,will be able to adapt channelized receiving at high frequencies and large bandwidths in the increasingly complex electromagnetic environment.Firstly,channelized receiver needs to slice the broadband signals to serveral narrowband signals in the frequency domain.Then we process the narrowband signals to process the boradband signals indirectly.Because of the enormous signal processing bandwiwith and ultra low propogation loss of microwave phtotonics,the problems of the traditonal electronic receivers can be well solved using microwave photonics channelized receivers.The integrated photnics is able to drop off the size,weight and power consumption of the microwave photonics sysytems,making them more applicable.The main works are as follow1.A channnelized receiver scheme using 3-line optical frequncy comb(OFC)and 5-line optical frequncy comb is designed.In the upper arm,this scheme uses a PM to generate 3-line comb,then the broadband signal is modulated to the 3-line comb using CS-DSB.In the lower arm,this scheme uses a DPMZM to freuency shift the optical carrier,then the shifted carrier generates the 5-line comb using a MZM.In the receiver module,the IQ demoudulation and image-reject reception is used to demodulate correspoding channels.The simulation result shows that the shceme successfully down converts the signals from different channels to the same 0.5GHz-1.GHz,the isolation between channels is about 28 d B.2.A channnelized receiver scheme using split 3-line comb is designed.In the upper arm,this scheme uses a PM to generate 3-line comb,then the broadband signal is modulated to the 3-line comb using CS-DSB.In the lower arm,the scheme uses a PM to generate 3-line comb,then the 3-line comb is split into 3 groups of 2-line combs in a MZM using CS-DSB.In the receiver module,the IQ demoudulation and image-reject reception is used to extract correspoding channels.The simulation result shows that the shceme successfully downconverts the signals from different channels to the same 0GHz-1GHz.The innovation point of sheme is that the scheme avoids the unoppressed carriers to locate in the broadband siganl,so it has a good isolation ratio between channels.The isolation between channels is about 40 d B.3.A 7-line comb generation scheme using parallel modulators based on integrated photonics is studied.In the upper arm,the scheme uses a MZM to generate 3-line comb.In the lower arm,the cheme uses a MZM generate 4-line comb.The upper arm and lower arm is combined using an optical combiner,the combined output is 7-line comb.The simulatiom result shows that the unflatness of the comb is less than 1d B.4.A multiple lines comb generation scheme using cascaded modulators based on integrated photonics is desgined.In the first MZM,the scheme adjusts the bias point and modulation index to generate m-line comb,where m = 3,4 or 5.In the second MZM,the scheme adjusts the bias point and modulation index to generate n-line comb,where n = 3,4 or 5..The total line number of the output optical frequency comb is m×n.The simulation is carried out when m = 3 and n = 4,ane the result shows that the unflatnness of the comb is about 1d B.The scheme's inovation point is that the scheme has good tunability and flexibility.
