The prevention and control of pathogenic microorganisms has become a work that my country's health departments attach great importance to.At present,the problems of microbial identification in China include too much manual operation,too much subjective judgment,low degree of automation,closed sharing of microbial data and information,and foreign market monopoly of microbial detection core technology.Based on the above situation,after investigating and analyzing the business of microbial sample incubation and photographing and subsequent processing,this article has designed and developed a set of software platform for microbial sample processing and incubation photographing system.This paper analyzes the functional requirements of the system,expounds the main functions of the system in detail,and then analyzes the non-functional requirements of the system through the analysis of the process of microbial detection business.According to the demand analysis,the overall architecture of the system is defined,and the functional modules of the system are divided.The system is divided into six modules: equipment parameter information display,sample information,abnormal information prompt,single-step reset,incubation treatment,bin maintenance.The basic framework of the system adopts SSM framework.The interaction between the system and the PLC control system adopts the NETTY framework and MODBUSTCP protocol,and the transmitted message information strictly follows the interface specification to achieve communication reliability.The acquired bin information,abnormal information and the action reset information sent are displayed on the relevant pages.The system uses HTTP protocol to connect with LIS system,obtain the basic information of samples,upload the nature of samples,and display the decoded sample information on the associated front-end page.In the incubation processing module,the Quartz timing task framework was used to set the incubation time,sample photography time and the next photography time of the sample.Through the WebService protocol and the camera opening docking,and obtain the sample incubation pictures,through the grayscale transformation,binarization and other algorithms to analyze and process the image to get the sample properties.In the process of taking pictures,the 3D scanning equipment is controlled by TCP/IP protocol.In the instrument abnormal information prompt module,the RabbitMQ message queue can set the priority of the sample incubation task to ensure that the abnormal information from PLC is processed first.Through AngularJS,HTML and other technologies to achieve front-end page data display.The database of the system chooses MySQL to store the data information in the system.Finally,functional test and non-functional test are carried out on the system.The test results show that the microorganism sample processing and incubation camera system basically meet the actual functional and performance requirements.
