One of earthquake data acquisition most important equipment is the detector.The detector performance receives the seismic survey data the quality direct influence.In under modern science and technology continually development background,specially in the electronic science area of technology,the seismic sensor also unceasingly are developing.They are developing in the direction of low power consumption,intelligence,networking,chip,miniaturization,Low cost and redundant reliability.In the computer technology and under the modern electronics effective utilization,they completed and have realized all band observation.it integrates driving components and mechanical components,electronic control system and optical system into a whole unit.MEMS accelerometer basically overcomes all the shortcomings of moving coil seismometer.The performance of three component digital geophone is better,so it belongs to MEMS geophone.Wide frequency band and high dominant frequency are the main advantages of the new MEMS digital geophone,which is very suitable for searching for oil and gas reservoirs and small traps.It is necessary to research and develop MEMS accelerometer instead of moving coil detector.This paper first analyzes the relevant knowledge of earthquake and seismic wave,and then analyzes the principle and development of all kinds of geophones,as well as the relevant principle of spark source.For the technology based on MEMS accelerometer instead of moving coil detector,the following aspects are studied1)We study earthquakes and seismic waves and geophones.2)Study the principle of MEMS accelerometer,design MEMS digital detector,analyze and design three component MEMS accelerometer,such as its interface design,Signal gathering circuit design and data communication design.3)The MEMS geophone acquisition system technology is studied.Has studied the seismic apparatus type and the earthquake data acquisition system basic performance requirement.4)Research and design seismic data acquisition system.Replaces the moving coil type geophone based on the micro mechanical and electrical accelerometer the related engineering research,may promote the digital seismics detector promoted application,at the same time conducive to looking for oil and gas.
