Laser processing technology is widely used in the industrial market by virtue of its high energy,high stability,strong operability,and no need to contact the workpiece.With the continuous improvement of laser processing market demand,laser processing needs to solve the identification and positioning problems of some complex workpieces with irregular feature points that are not easy to locate,such as special-shaped parts,large-size workpieces and three-dimensional workpieces,due to the limitations of galvanometer and camera dimensions,There are situations where processing or shooting can only be aimed at the part of the workpiece,but the platform movement and image stitching technology used to deal with these situations will introduce errors and affect the processing accuracy.Considering the above reasons,this paper uses machine vision technology is based on the principle of template matching image algorithm to propose a recognition and positioning scheme that uses local image features to match the overall theoretical model features,and realizes the basic functions of the scheme through software design.The error has been corrected to improve the recognition and positioning accuracy.The main content of this article includes the following aspects:(1)According to the requirements of template matching laser processing visual positioning system,a laser processing visual positioning work platform was designed and built.(2)According to the existing galvanometer correction scheme-nine-point method and curved surface fitting mesh point correction method,a corner approaching galvanometer correction scheme is proposed,which improves the accuracy and efficiency.(3)A method of galvanometer correction based on film mask is proposed.Film is used as a precision measuring tool to realize simple and convenient low-cost remote galvanometer correction.(4)A method for identifying and locating complex workpieces with irregular features based on template matching is proposed.Using the idea of local matching of template matching as a whole,by selecting local area features to describe and matching them with the theoretical model as a whole,it is the basis of the previous error correction Above,the precise positioning of complex workpieces is realized.(5)A supporting software control system is written for the above-mentioned schemes,which realizes system control,error correction,and matching positioning functions and carries out experimental verification.The experimental results are analyzed and displayed.
