Wind tunnel test plays an important role in the research and development process of aircraft.In order to fully study the aerodynamic characteristics of aircraft,the position and attitude of aircraft model need to be adjusted many times during the wind tunnel test.Traditional manual adjustment methods have many shortcomings,such as insufficient accuracy and low efficiency.Therefore,a multi-degree-of-freedom support and adjustment device that can realize automatic control is particularly important in the wind tunnel test.In order to fulfil the specific requirements of a certain type of wind tunnel test,in this paper a kind of serial-parallel hybrid mechanisms is applied to support and adjustment device,and a series of design and analysis is followed.Aiming at the performance requirements of the support and adjustment device,the whole scheme of the device based on PP+(4-SPS/PS)six-degree-of-freedom serial-parallel hybrid mechanism is proposed through qualitative analysis.The inverse kinematics analysis and force analysis of the PP+(4-SPS/PS)mechanism are carried out through theoretical deduction.According to the designed whole scheme,the structural design of the support and adjustment device is completed.The kinematic performance analysis,stiffness performance analysis,buckling analysis and modal analysis of the designed support and adjustment device are carried out by combining theoretical derivation and software simulation.The analysis results show that the performance of the device meets the design requirements.In response to the positioning error requirements of the support and adjustment device,error analysis is carried out: geometric error model is established using the theory of total differential;error sensitivity analysis is performed based on the geometric error model;error distribution of the device is completed according to the sensitivity analysis results,and the rationality of the error distribution results is demonstrated through manufacturing feasibility analysis and simulation analysis.This paper takes the support and adjustment device in the wind tunnel test as the research object,and carries out a series of necessary design and analysis work by theoretical derivation,three-dimensional modeling and digital simulation.As a result,a virtual prototype model of the support and adjustment device is obtained,which satisfies the design requirements.
