| Semiconductor lasers were widely used in military and civilian fields,and were key components in equipment such as laser radar,laser medical treatment,and laser processing.There were many factors that affect the performance of semiconductor lasers,and temperature was an important factor among them.Aging and screening equipment was an important equipment for testing the reliability of semiconductor lasers in high and low temperature environments.Focusing on the detection of high and low temperature cycle life of semiconductor lasers,this article taked the development of semiconductor laser aging and screening equipment as the research object,and conducted research and development on the mechanical system and detection system of aging and screening equipment.An aging and screening system was built,and the performance of the detection system was verified through experiments.The main research contents are as follows.Firstly,the functional requirements of the semiconductor laser aging and screening equipment were analyzed,and the overall design plan of the aging and screening equipment was proposed.According to the functional requirements and technical indicators of the semiconductor laser aging and screening,the overall system of the aging and screening equipment was analyzed,and the overall design plan of the aging and screening equipment was proposed.Through the research of the aging and screening mode and the structure of the equipment,the incubator structure of the mechanical system and the hardware system of the lower computer in the detection system were analyzed in detail.Secondly,the heat transfer model of the constant temperature chamber of the aging and screening equipment was established,and the simulation analysis and structure design were carried out.Through the analysis of the mechanical system of the aging and screening equipment,the design scheme of the incubator was proposed.A simplified heat transfer model of the equipment was established,and the model was meshed and boundary conditions were set.Used ANSYS-Fluent software,the influence of different temperature control structure parameters on the temperature field of the cavity was studied,and a better combination of heat source power and cooling fan speed was obtained.Through the establishment of different laser installation spacing models,the influence of horizontal spacing and vertical spacing on temperature uniformity was studied.According to the simulation results,the structure design of the constant temperature chamber was carried out.Then,Through the analysis of the detection technical indicators,a simulation model of the voltage and current acquisition circuit was established.Used Multisim software to simulate the noise reduction ability and detection accuracy of the circuit,it met the technical requirements.According to the parameters to be detected in the aging screening process,the detection circuit and protection circuit in the hardware system were designed in detail.On the basis of the designed hardware system,the control function process of the lower computer was designed,the database management module and the interface management module were developed,the software and hardware platform of the detection system was completed,and the functions of data collection,analysis and management were realized.Finally,the performance verification experiment of the semiconductor laser aging and screening equipment detection system was carried out.According to the purpose of the experimental research,a simple experimental platform for the detection system was built,experimental programs under different aging environments were formulated,and the measurement deviations of the detection system were calibrated and compensated.By measuring the working parameters of the laser,the experimental results show that the developed system has reached the design index. |
