Blue diode laser has the advantages of high stability and high electro-optical efficiency,mainly used in laser welding of high-reflective materials,power transmission,electric vehicles,military additive manufacturing and laser welding of high-reflective materials,medical,underwater communications,laser pumping,aerospace combustion chamber and other fields,is an important international development trend.In order to obtain the beam of high power and high beam quality,combined with the four common beam methods——spatial beam,polarization beam,wavelength beam and spectral beam,this paper will make full use of the principle and nature of wavelength beam,and then design a beam model for the body Prague grating according to the nature of the body Prague grating,and then design a beam-based device and method based on star-reflected blue-light semiconductor laser wavelength beam for the nature of the blue diode laser and make imaging analysis.(1)The basic structure of the five-wavelength beam of 450nm was analyzed,and the five wavelengths of 430nm,440nm,450nm,460nm and 470nm were selected for design,and the wavelength range of the final beam was 413nm to 487nm and five waves.The beaming efficiency of the long beam is about 26.54%,and its fast-axis beam waist radius is 2=1.58),the slow axis beam waist radius is 2=1008),and the dispersion angle is about56°×8.6°(95%energy).The beam ginseng product(BPP)on the fast and slow axis is?0.378)8)·8)(6(9??3.758)8)·8)(6(9.(2)Based on the output characteristics of the five-wavelength beam,the angle selectivity and spectral selectivity of the body's Bragg grating are analyzed.The center wavelength of the set body Prague grating is 450nm,with an average refractive index of1.4867,a spatial frequency of 1250 lines/mm,a grating thickness of 1mm,and a grating tilt angle of-0 degrees(non-tilt reflection type)or 90 degrees(non-tilt transmission type).For the transmission type Prague grating,when the refractive index modulation volume of the grating is 300 ppm,100%diffraction efficiency can be obtained at 450 nm,and its diffraction efficiency peak changes significantly with the refractive index modulation volume.(3)According to the requirements of wavelength beam,the influence factors of Prague grating wavelength beam diffraction efficiency of blue light wavelength beam have been analyzed.The deflection angle range of the reflective VBG is 20 degrees to 180 degrees,the angle selectivity of vertical infraction(the deflection angle is 180 degrees)is 20 mrad to 80mrad,the spectral selectivity is 0.02 nm to 2 nm,and the absolute diffraction efficiency can be as high as 99%,which is mainly used for spectral selection.The diffraction beam of the transmission type VBG passes through the back,the deflection angle range is 5 degrees to 150degrees,the angle selectivity is 0.2 mrad to 8 mrad,and the spectral selectivity is 0.4 nm to 18nm,which is mainly used in the selection of beam angle.In view of the characteristics of the transmission-type Prague grating,the physical model of two beams of light and three beams of light wavelength combined beam has been proposed and the relevant formula is derived,and the diffraction efficiency factors affecting the wavelength beam of the transmission type Prague grating have been analyzed.(4)In order to further improve the efficiency of wavelength beam,a device and method based on star reflection of blue diode laser wavelength beam is proposed.Using the wavelength beaming method,for the blue light near the wavelength of 450 nm,the wavelength beam of 8 wavelengths of incoming light,each with a power of 4.8 W and a line width of 20nm,was carried out using a semi-permeable semi-reflector and an end cylindrical mirror.Launched at a long-range emission angle of 2.57 mrad(FWHM),optical components such as fast-axis lyndic mirror and slow-axis lycopter can eventually form an output beam with a power of about 25 W and a line width of about 20 nm behind the output coupling mirror.
