In recent years,with the rapid development of consumer UAVs,rotorcraft have attracted more and more attention due to its small size,light weight,low noise,low cost,flexible flight and other advantages.When the rotor encounters the lateral flow disturbance during the UAV flight,it will produce periodic load fluctuation,thus causing the fuselage vibration.At present,one of the major problems facing by the rotorcraft UAV is its power supply problem.It is extremely important to study how to capture the vibration energy of the fuselage and how to reduce or even eliminate the vibration to reduce the energy loss.In order to carry out the research on energy harvesting and vibration suppression of the rotor UAV,it is necessary to study the aerodynamic characteristics of the rotor under lateral incoming airflow.Firstly,the rotor airfoil is optimized,and the NACA 6706 airfoil with better rotor aerodynamic performance is chosen as the research object.Based on momentum theory and the propeller blade element theory,rotor aerodynamic characteristics under the effect of lateral flow theory is built,rotor aerodynamic model under the influence of lateral flow was established,the numerical simulation of the proposed model the rotor lift force changing with the installation angle is obtained and the additional lift,additional torque under the influence of lateral flow is studied.Established finite element fluid simulation model of rotor,fluid finite element simulation of the rotor under the influence of lateral flow was studied,the pressure of the rotor surface is obtained,flow field around the rotor and the additional torque acting on the rotor under the influence of lateral flow wind speed and rotor speed is obtained,verified the validity of the theory and simulation before processing.The test platform of rotor lift is set up,and the variation law of rotor lift with installation angle is obtained.Wind tunnel experiments were carried out on the platform to study the influence of the rotor lift force and additional torque on the side flow wind speed and rotor speed.This study provides theoretical and experimental basis for the study of energy harvesting and vibration suppression of rotor aeroelastic vibration.
