The increasing demand of users will prompt the research and development of new products,and many design methods and theories need to be used in the process of product research and development.The current product design mainly includes functional principle design,appearance design,supplemented by color design,material design,so as to complete the overall product research and development design.Wheelchairs are an important rehabilitation tool.Driven by the needs of today's users,ordinary wheelchairs can no longer be used.Users also need rehabilitation and exercise functions to assist their health.This article is based on the existing design methods,combined with ergonomics theory to innovate,and design a rehabilitation wheelchair that meets the needs.First of all,a perceptual image space is established for the innovative design needs of rehabilitation wheelchairs through the method of perceptual engineering.The design elements of the wheelchair were determined by the method of questionnaire survey.Based on the perceptual engineering theory,representative wheelchair samples were selected using mathematical statistics and analysis methods,representative adjectives were extracted,and the rehabilitation wheelchair was analyzed from the three dimensions of shape,color and material.The physical characteristics correspond to the design requirements,thereby constructing a perceptual image space.Second,the functional principle scheme of the rehabilitation wheelchair is determined.The functional principle of the existing patented structure of rehabilitation wheelchairs was analyzed,the functional structure tree was established,the morphological matrix was obtained,the functional scheme of innovative rehabilitation wheelchairs was proposed,and the feasible functional principle scheme was optimized by the triangular fuzzy number evaluation method.Third,the innovative design of the appearance of the rehabilitation wheelchair.Based on the appearance characteristics of the rehabilitation wheelchair,through the analysis of the shape lines,color RGB value and the selection of different parts and materials,the rehabilitation wheelchair modeling scheme is obtained,and the feasibility scheme is selected by the triangular fuzzy number evaluation method.Finally,through the man-machine analysis of the rehabilitation wheelchair,a threedimensional model of the innovative scheme of the rehabilitation wheelchair was constructed,and the use situation simulation was carried out to prove that it is feasible and effective.
