With the continuous increase in the amount of steel slag produced in my country each year,the utilization rate of steel slag is also constantly improving;in recent years,many experts have proposed that steel slag should be used in ecological environment restoration,including sewage treatment and restoration for adsorbing heavy metals in water bodies.Wetlands,and artificial algae reefs made of steel slag.At present,domestic research on the effect of steel slag on the growth of large seaweeds is not comprehensive.Therefore,this article takes solidified slag concrete and Enteromorpha,Caulerpa sertularioides,Gracilaria blodgettii,Gracilaria and Sargassum hemiphyllum as experiments.Materials,study the dissolution increment and dissolution behavior of the metal elements and N and P nutrient elements of the solidified slag concrete of different meshes;and respectively explore the metal elements leached by the macroalgae system and the Sargassum hemiphyllum on the solidified slag concrete.The response of N and P nutrient elements and the changes of macroalgae system and chlorophyll of Sargassum hemiphyllum.Taking Sargassum hemiphyllum as an example,the LC-MS non-target metabolome was compared,and the effect of the solidified slag concrete on its metabolome was discussed.The following are the experimental results of this experiment:(1)In the experiment of dissolution behavior of solidified slag concrete in seawater,it is found that the content of metal elements and nutrient elements dissolved in different meshes of solidified slag concrete is different.Among them,the dissolution effect of >2mesh is the best,and the increase of Fe dissolution can be achieved 424.24?g/l;In addition,the solidified slag concrete can not only dissolve metal elements,but also has a certain degree of adsorption to metal elements As,Zn,Cd and Pb.In the N and P nutrient element dissolution experiment,the dissolution of phosphate and nitrate in the nutrient elements has a greater tendency to dissolve out,nitrite and ammonium salt are negatively dissolving,and when the phosphate and nitrate dissolve too much,the solidified slag concrete begin to adsorb excessive phosphate and nitrate in seawater.(2)In the experiment of the influence of the dissolution behavior of the solidified slag concrete on the growth of the algae system,it was found that different kinds of seaweed have different adsorption effects on different metal elements.Enteromorpha has the best adsorption effect;large seaweeds have the best adsorption effect on metal elements.Among the average content,Fe is the most enriched element.The nutrient salt mainly absorbs nitrate and phosphate.Ammonium salt and nitrite have no obvious absorption effect compared to nitrate and phosphate.Affected by the solidified slag concrete,the increase of chlorophyll in the algae system increases with the lengthening of the cultivation cycle.Enteromorpha and Coniferous Pteridium have the largest increase of chlorophyll,while the Gracilaria blodgettii and Gracilaria grow not as good as Enteromorpha and Coniferous ferns.(3)In the preliminary research experiment on the growth characteristics of Sargassum hemiphyllum with solidified slag concrete,it is found that Sargassum hemiphyllum has a certain adsorption performance for metal elements,and its metal element enrichment ability is mainly manifested in Fe and As;solidified slag concrete with more than 2meshes the solidified body has the greatest impact on the chlorophyll of Sargassum hemiphyllum,and the increment can reach 11.15?g/ml.Based on LC-MS analysis of the metabonomics of Sargassum hemiphyllum before and after transplantation on steel slag,it was found that the generations before and after Sargassum hemiphyllum transplantation could be distinguished significantly;there were significant differences in the metabolites between the test groups,which were identified by the three groups.There were 131 different metabolites,and the corresponding metabolite levels changed between each group.At the same time,it was also found that D-mannitol,the main component of Sargassum hemiphyllum,was affected by the solidified slag concrete and the variable weight value(VIP)was up-regulated.The main carbohydrate component in chloroplast,glucuronic acid diacylglycerol,was affected by the phosphate dissolved in solidified slag concrete affects the metabolic level accordingly,16-Hydroxypalmitic acid also has a corresponding up-regulation under the stimulation of metal elements,which can ensure that the Sargassum hemiphyllum is not poisoned by toxic metal elements;this can indicate that the solidified slag concrete has a certain promotion effect on the growth of Sargassum hemiphyllum.
