| As an significant component of straddle type monorail vehicle hauling system,the normal operation of pantograph is the pledge of normal and stable operation of train.The operation practice of Chongqing rail company shows that the operation safety and reliability of monorail pantograph has become an key point and research object of monorail vehicle reliability.At present,the domestic research on the pantograph of straddle type monorail vehicle is less,especially on the reliability of the pantograph.According to the failure data of a monorail line pantograph in Chongqing rail company,this paper makes an in-depth study and Analysis on the reliability of the pantograph of straddle type monorail vehicle,and puts forward suggestions on maintenance strategies,so as to ensure the safe and reliable operation of straddle type monorail.The main research contents are as follows1)The structure,function,installation characteristics and fault conditions of pantograph of straddle type monorail vehicle are analyzed.According to the fault data of pantograph components of straddle type monorail vehicle,the average distance between failures of pantograph is analyzed,and the fault causes and hazards of pantograph of straddle type monorail vehicle are analyzed.2)According to the failure data of pantograph components of straddle type monorail vehicle,the distribution model of components with high failure rate is fitted,and the images of failure rate function and probability density function are drawn according to the parameters of the fitting distribution model,and the detailed reliability analysis of components with more failures is carried out.3)Based on the structure,function and fault data of pantograph of straddle type monorail vehicle,the fault tree model of positive pantograph and negative pantograph is established.According to the transformation rule from fault tree event to polymorphic Bayesian node,the polymorphic Bayesian network model is established.Based on the polymorphic Bayesian network model,the posterior probability and importance parameters of root node are analyzed and calculated,and the pantograph is obtained The weak link of the device.4)In the light of straddle type monorail vehicle,the paper puts forward the evaluation factors that affect the maintenance importance of pantograph,establishes the evaluation system of maintenance importance.Expert scoring method was used to score and evaluate all levels of indicators of parts,and multi-objective optimization method based on ratio analysis was used to calculate the maintenance importance value of parts.According to the ranking results of importance,logical decisions were made and maintenance methods were suggested. |
