Application of computer data processing technology,this paper analysis the NOAA satellite series production of the "system"(land-atmosphere injection Longwave Radiation flux,namely the OLR(Outgoing Longwave Radiation)data day by day,in the global numerical field,intercepting numerical analysis as the basis,the scope of a certain area in eastern China,for example,analysis of numerical change OLR before moderate and strong earthquakes in the field of image features.The OLR anomalies before the earthquake are extracted mainly by means of anomaly calculation,vorticity calculation,wavelet packet analysis and other methods.At the same time,the OLR evolution in part of the central and southern section of the tanlu fault zone is compared with the topographic changes,deep well water temperature and electromagnetic radiation changes in the region,providing a basis for the determination of regional seismic activity trend.It is concluded that,within 3 months before the moderate and strong earthquakes,there may be changes in the mean monthly anomaly of OLR and the high mean monthly vorticity in the region near the epicenter.Within one year before the earthquake,Matlab wavelet packet decomposition was applied to reconstruct OLR day value sequence,and significant abnormal information could be extracted.The research results are of great significance to seismic tracking and determination.
