In the application of nano optics,the surface plasmon nanostructure can adjust the light field at nanometer level by localizing the incident light wave at subwavelength scale.The surface plasmon effect can effectively enhance the electric field intensity near the nanostructure,improving the utilization efficiency and response of the incident light wave.It is widely used in fluorescence enhancement,surface enhanced Raman,biological imaging,photoelectric detection and other fields.In order to enrich the application of surface plasmon nanostructures in the field of nano optics and further improve the response of optoelectronic devices from visible infrared band,this paper prepared the silver nanostructures with LSPR peak adjustable from visible near infrared band and scattering absorption ratio controllable.By doping heavy metal sb into In2O3,the concentration of free electrons is increased,and response of mid-infrared band is realized.In addition,we optimized the preparation process and improved the testing method in infrared.The specific research work includes the following aspects:(1)Using trisodium citrate as capping agent,an ultra-thin silver nanoplate with adjustable LSPR peak and controllable scattering absorption ratio was prepared.On this basis,the silver nanoplates were coated with Si O2,which improved the stability of the silver nanoplates and realized the precise control of the shell thickness.The nanostructures of water phase are transferred to organic solvents by means of phase transformation.At the same time,different self-assembly methods were used to prepare silver nanoplate films,and the infrared test method was optimized.(2)Using polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)as the capping agent,Silver Nanoplates with stronger scattering ability were prepared.On the basis of realizing the visible to infrared tunability of LSPR peak of silver nanoplate,the scattering absorption ratio is further controlled,which provides materials for the research of plasmon nanostructures.(3)For breaking through the limitation of the traditional metal plasmon materials,we have prepared the non-metal plasmon nanostructures with smaller size and lower loss in infrared.By doping heavy metal sb into In2O3,the concentration of free electrons is increased,and the response of mid infrared band is realized.(4)We studied the influence of surface plasmon nanostructures on infrared luminescent materials,and explored the role of plasmon nanostructures in the fields of filtering and scattering enhancement.
