Social network and its evolution involve many aspects such as social life and academic research.Although existing research has revealed some of their basic properties, there are still insufficient understandings of their mechanisms.Based on multi-layer network modeling of small-scale social systems, this thesis integrates existing decision-making models and proposes behavioral decision-making models based on individual internal decision-making,and uses agent-based methods to simulate the evolution of small-scale social networks. This thesis mainly completes the following tasks:(1)A small-scale social network model based on multi-layer network is proposed.Based on the complexity of small-scale social networks,small-world characteristics,scale-free characteristics, similarity, interlocking effects and hierarchical nature, compared with traditional network models, the establishment of traditional network models is mostly classics such as WS small-world network and BA scale-free network. The social network model is often quite different from the real social network, and a small-scale social network model based on multi-layer network is proposed.(2)A behavioral decision-making model based on individual internal decision-making is proposed.Get inspiration from the existing decision-making theories in various disciplines, design the basic framework of the decision-making system, and simulate the individual decision-making process.(3)Agent-based simulation experiment. On the basis of the proposed network model and decision model,an agent-based method is used to simulate the evolution of small-scale social networks, the validity and rationality of the proposed model are verified through experiments, and the factors affecting the evolution of small-scale social networks are analyzed. The experimental results show that the small-scale social network model of enterprise cooperation based on multi-layer network has higher average expected benefits of nodes and higher network cooperation density than traditional models. In the agent-based simulation experiment, changing different initial parameters has varying degrees of impact on enterprise cooperation and the evolution of small-scale enterprise social networks, and there is a collaborative and interactive relationship between enterprise individual cooperation behavior and network structure.
