In underwater direction of arrival(DOA)estimation and target bearing-only tracking(BOT),the estimated bearing will deviate from the real one due to the influence of inter-ference.The similar situation also occurs in underwater weak target tracking,for instance,the estimated trace is discontinuous due to interference.Moreover,the estimated trace of target will seriously deviate from the real one when the interference and weak target are crossed in bearing,namely target losing.Aiming at the problems,such as discontinuity of tracking trajectory and losing target in the BOT of weak target in the presence of inter-ference,the interference suppression(IS)algorithms and its application in target tracking are researched in this paper.The main research results and innovations are as follows:(1)The subspace separation method is applied to MUSIC algorithm.The separation method of target subspace in MUSIC algorithm is improved,and MUSIC-IS algorithm with the ability of restraining interference is proposed.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively suppress interference and improve the output signal to interference ratio.(2)Combining the interference suppression algorithm based on subspace separation with Kalman filter,a new target tracking method combining interference suppression with Kalman filter is proposed.The method overcomes the influence of interference on the target tracking and increases the target tracking accuracy by using interference suppression algorithm.(3)In the joint tracking algorithm,the real-time feedback between interference sup-pression module and Kalman filter module is established.It can not only effectively solve the problem of targets crossing in bearing,but also overcome the problem of tracking divergence caused by the inaccurate Kalman modeling.(4)In multiple target tracking(MTT),the joint tracking algorithm effectively over-comes the mutual influence between the tracking targets and improves the accuracy of multi-target tracking.The results of sea trial show that this method can effectively improve the tracking accuracy of multi-target,which fully shows the feasibility of this method. |
