In the meteorological and hydrological protection of ship-borne helicopters,people accurately judge that the ship is in the high-risk area of helicopter flight,which is of great significance for ensuring the completion of missions and protecting the safety of pilots.In this paper,based on the use of satellite data and the use of fuzzy inference control,we identifies and evaluates the areas where the flight safety hazard exists in the ship-borne helicopter,and conduct a comparative analysis with the 2016 summer training record of a ship-borne helicopter training base in the East China Sea.First of all,the development status of the ship-borne helicopters and the current meteorological and hydrological protection of ship-borne helicopters are described in detail in this article.Secondly,in this paper,the factors affecting the flight safety of shipborne helicopters are described.At the same time,the three elements of ice accretion,convective cloud and wind field are selected as the basis for judging the flight risk of carrier aircraft.In this paper,the support for ship-borne helicopters is based on FY-2G data,and the calculation of meteorological elements is completed by means of SBDART radiation mode and others.In view of the multi-attribute identification problem of the influence of the marine environment on the ship-borne helicopter,such as complex mechanism,rare sample and danger or threat in the protection,the risk coefficient is defined to comprehensively describe the danger degree of the ship-borne helicopter flight.And then according to the safeguard experience and decision-making knowledge,we establish a fuzzy inference control model between ice accretion,convective clouds,wind field and risk coefficient.The fuzzy inference control model is used to complete the production of the meteorological support map.At the same time,compared with the actual training data,it is found that the risk coefficient obtained by fuzzy reasoning is in good agreement with the guaranteed record.
