Perovskite materials have become a research hotspot in the field of optoelectronics due to their excellent transient properties.Scholars at home and abroad have achieved remarkable results by using optical pumping and electrical injection to excite perovskite quantum dots to emit light.However,in terms of excitation mode and device structure,there are certain technical constraints in traditional excitation and pumping modes,which limit the further device and commercial promotion of perovskite materials.Therefore,based on the mechanism of electron beam pumping and lasing of perovskite quantum dots,a novel device structure of modulated electron beam pumping of perovskite quantum dots is designed and constructed,and several key technologies required by the novel device are studied.Firstly,based on the electron beam pumping and lasing mechanism of perovskite quantum dots,the structure characteristics of different types of traditional electron beam pumping devices are discussed,and the new requirements of the electron beam pumping and lasing mechanism of perovskite quantum dots for new electronic vacuum semiconductor devices are analyzed and clearly described.According to the characteristics of the modulator structure of the electron beam pumping laser,the basic characteristics of the coronal electron beam pumping device structure designed in this paper are determined.Secondly,according to the constraint relationship between the CsPbBr3 quantum dots film and the electron beam pump,the Computer Simulation Technology(CST)simulation software is used to design the cavity and the internal gate structure of the electron beam pump device,and complete the parameter optimization.The constraint relationship between the overall power utilization and the modulation current ratio between the gates of the coronal electron beam pumped modulation device is revealed.Finally,based on the optimized design scheme of the perovskite quantum dot electron beam pump modulation device,the key parts of the device,such as cathode,shell,gate and driving power supply,are trial-manufactured.
