Shortage of fresh water resources and medical wound management threaten ecological security worldwide[1-2].As the representative functional devices in their respective fields,fog water collector and medical band-aid have important application value,but how to prepare these functional devices and solve the problems in their applications has become a research bottleneck.With the growing of bionics and ultrafast laser processing technology,it provides a solid foundation for preparing mist collecting devices and medical band-aids with bionic functions.Inspired by natural organisms such as cactus spines,desert beetles and lotus leaves,we designed a hierarchical hydrophilic/hydrophobic/buckled collaborative Janus god membrane and flexible Janus god band-aid and fabricated biomimetic devices.The main research contents included the interaction mechanism between fs-laser and material,on which the surface micro-nano structure was designed and fabricated.The kinetic process of the interaction between fog flow and aluminum-based micro-nano structure was studied,the HHHBJ film was prepared on the basis of theory and the experimental results of related functional devices were tested,the conditions conducive to wound healing were analyzed,and the properties of Janus Shenchuangke paste were prepared and tested The following:(1)Based on the research and application of natural organisms with special wettability,the development of bionics and the related concepts of wettability are briefly introduced.(2)This paper shows femtosecond laser system and the characteristics of energy field distribution and precision work,then analyzes the causes of femtosecond laser precision machining.Based on the double temperature model,the ablation mechanism between laser and material is revealed.(3)Firstly,the process of condensation and droplets conveyance from upside to underneath is analyzed,and it is concluded that a good droplet collection device must have excellent droplet condensation,rapid water droplet transfer,timely removal and preservation of collected water at the same time.and then the Janus film was prepared and the actual collection effect was tested,but the actual fog water collection effect was not good because of the poor condensation ability of the droplets on the superhydrophobic side and the large water adhesion on the superhydrophilic side.Therefore,in view of the above problems,we designed various types of composite Janus god film on the basis of Janus film,and finally prepared HHHBJ film,which is more than the traditional Janus film more than 250%water collection efficiency was improved.More importantly,the HHHBJ film can capture fog flow in any direction,which can deal with the drought crisis effectively.(4)Several conditions conducive to wound healing were analyzed:1)relatively dry environment 2)no bacterial infection 3)less blood clots to avoid secondary wound injury.Based on the above conditions,we first prepared a PDMS Janus membrane,which is soft and does not adhere to the wound tissue,but can invents a clean and dry environment for wound.On the basis of PDMS Janus film,the PDMS flexible Janus band-aid was prepared.The experiment showed that the flexible Janus band-aid was suitable for skin,easy to stretch,waterproof and breathable,and had certain bactericidal property which can accelerate wound healing.It is believed that the proposed HHHBJ film and Janus band-aid with the ability of droplet self-priming collection have important theoretical and practical value and provide a new solution to the freshwater crisis and wound management.
