As one of the main means of astronomical observation, radio telescopes not only play an important role in observing distant stars, but also play an important role in the field of deep space exploration.Nowadays, radio telescopes are developing in the direction of high frequency and large aperture, which puts forward higher requirements for the overall performance of the antenna. At the same time,in the actual operation of the antenna, the antenna will inevitably be affected by other external factors, which may lead to deformation in some key positions of the antenna, such as reflector, seat frame, elevation axis and so on.As a result, the comprehensive performance of the antenna and the pointing accuracy of the antenna are reduced.Among them, the change of the position of the sub-reflector has a significant influence on the pointing accuracy. How to obtain the real-time position of the antenna subreflector varying with the elevation angle and how to improve the antenna pointing accuracy by adjusting the antenna subreflector position is of great significance.Through the study of various position measurement methods, the optical measurement method suitable for antenna subreflector position measurement is selected.Build an optical measurement platform, explore the camera calibration algorithm, and determine the appropriate calibration algorithm for camera calibration. At the same time, the subsequent image processing process is planned to obtain high-quality images.Extract the image information, develop the antenna side position reconstruction algorithm, and reconstruct the antenna side position.A virtual binocular vision measurement method is proposed. The position of the subreflector changing with the elevation angle of the antenna is simulated by the virtual binocular vision system composed of high-speed camera and plane mirror, and the position change image of the measured object moving with the space of the experimental platform is obtained. The image preprocessing, denoising, edge detection, feature point extraction and other operations are carried out to reconstruct the movement of the measured object in the three-dimensional direction with the movement of the experimental platform, and the reconstruction results have errors of less than 1% in the three directions. The results show that this method has high measurement accuracy and can better reconstruct the position of the subreflector.
