With the continuous improvement of modern science and technology,not only the understanding of reliability has been further improved,but also the practical application has slowly attracted people's attention,and the mathematical tools used in life have become more and more complicated.At present,many scholars ignore the product performance self-recovery process in the process of studying product reliability,resulting in the product performance degradation process can not be accurately established.Therefore,this paper will focus on the product performance self-recovery process and conduct research on it.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Reliability analysis of performance self-recovery products based on classification shock.Firstly,the random shock was classified according to the shock amplitude,and the relationship between the product self-recovery performance and the recovery threshold was discussed respectively.Considering that the shock would affect the product degradation process,the degradation failure process of the random shock and self-recovery performance was constructed.Secondly,the Wiener process was used to depict the natural degradation process,and linked to the sudden failure process caused by extreme shocks,the competitive failure reliability function was obtained based on the self-recovery process of product performance under classified shocks.Finally,the reliability of the product is compared and analyzed with a case study,and the rationality of the reliability model is verified by example simulation.(2)Reliability model of two types of product performance self-recovery competitive failure process.Based on the section of the research content in the previous chapter,and further analyzed the influence of the medium shock since the recovery process of product,medium shock can be divided into two categories: the traditional shock and additional shock,then respectively discussed based on the shock of two types of products since the recovery performance and restore the relationship between the threshold,linked to the shock of the role of the degradation products,the failure process of the stochastic shocks and the recovery performance.Secondly,the natural degradation process was depicted based on linear degradation,and the sudden failure process caused by random shock was simultaneously presented.The competitive failure reliability functions of the two types of product performance self-recovery processes were obtained.Finally,the applicability of the reliability model is compared with a case study.(3)Reliability analysis of performance self-recovery competitive failure process with uncertain change points.Firstly,an uncertain process is introduced to describe the degradation process,and the degradation failure process is established.Secondly,considering the uncertainty of external environment,the random shock process is divided into two stages,respectively study the product since the recovery threshold and the shock of the two phase relationship between interval,build cumulative shock model,are not sure with the changing point performance since the recovery process reliability function,combining case analysis the reliability model is effective...
