Study On Multivariate Statistical Regression Model Of Warfarin Stable Treatment Dose

Warfarin is an anticoagulant drug of dicastain class.It is the only oral drug used for anticoagulation after prosthetic valve replacement at home and abroad.It is mainly used for the prevention and treatment of venous thromboembolism,atrial fibrillation,pulmonary embolism,acute myocardial infarction and other diseases clinically.At present,the treatment is mainly guided by the international standardized ratio,but there are still many limitations in the clinical application of warfarin.The main manifestations are: the administration of warfarin concentration is too low to produce therapeutic effect on patients,and the administration of warfarin concentration is too high to easily lead to bleeding in patients.Due to the large individual differences in the steady dose of warfarin among patients,the clinical emphasis has been placed on personalized medication.It has been a large number of relevant literature reported human gene polymorphism of falleen stabilization treatment dose effect in China,but many of them lack doses prediction model validation process of the establishment of the process and model,the minority literature in establishing doses forecast model is only selected genes,this paper summarizes the 395 patient information,9923231 ? 9934438? 7196161? 7294? 1057910? 2069514? 887829 and 699664 tested the patients a total of eight genetic loci gene type,the associated with individual differences in patients by multivariate statistical analysis,established to predict the patient dose accuracy prediction model of warfarin dose stable at 62.9%,and the corresponding verification of the model,realized the multivariate statistical regression with doses direction combined with the application of modern medicine,So as to achieve better clinical treatment effect.
