The nonlinear partial differential equation has a very high status in the field of modern mathematics research.Many fields in life,such as physical chemistry,atmospheric space science,biology and so on,can be expressed by the model of nonlinear partial differential equations.Therefore,the research on its solving problem has been paid much attention.Although no general method has been found to solve it,with the in-depth study of nonlinear partial differential equations by experts and scholars,many methods for solving this kind of equation or equation set have been found.In this paper,we consider a kind of important partial differential equations in biology—The Alpha-Helix chain motion model of helical protein.Based on the previous studies,we use the variational method,the trial function method,the simple equation method,the mixed exponential method and the reduced order method to find the exact solution of the helical protein chain motion model.At the same time,The exact solutions is simulated numerically using MATLAB software.Finally,the model is analyzed qualitatively.The content of this paper is arranged as follows:In the first chapter,the research background of the helical chain motion model of helical proteins and the existing results of solving the exact solutions of the model are introduced,and the methods of variational method,trial function method,simple equation method,mixed exponential method and order reduction method are introduced as well as the general structure of this paper.In chapter 2,we mainly use variational method,trial function method,simple equation method,mixed exponential method and reduced order method to find the exact solutions of the spiral chain motion model of helical protein.In the third chapter,MATLAB software is used for numerical simulation of the exact solutions.In chapter 4,the model is analyzed qualitatively and the properties of the solutions are discussed.The fifth chapter summarizes the content of this paper and looks forward to it.
