In recent years,marine exploration and collection have become one of the research hotspots at home and abroad,because underwater collection operations are relatively dangerous.Therefore,there is an urgent need for an underwater collection product that can replace manual work to solve the problems of underwater sample collection and how to improve sample integrity.For underwater collection products,the collection module design is particularly important.Taking the collection module design as the main part and the overall design plan as the supplement,improving the integrity of underwater sample collection from the aspects of bionic mechanism and origami has become the focus of the research of this subject.First of all,the functional requirements are put forward,and the spiral bionic design process is the main design context.Collect the opening and closing methods,capturing mechanisms or contour lines of 26 kinds of creatures,and sort them out and present them in a table.The sorted bionic objects are screened,three of them are selected for opening and closing mechanism analysis and comparison,and the bionic design prototype is finally determined.Look for the similarity of the prototype mechanism and determine that the origami mechanism can simulate the biological mechanism of the designprototype;Secondly,construct a mathematical model and verify it through four origami mechanism models with different angles of opening and closing ratios to find out which factors are influencing the opening and closing ratios.Choose a more appropriate opening and closing ratio to design the prototype,extract the structural skeleton of the origami mechanism to make the structure connected,and conduct the underwater test experiment on the designed prototype;Finally,design three overall plans for underwater observable collection products,from which the final use plan is determined,and 3D models and use scene modules of the products are constructed.Based on the bionic mechanism and the V-shaped "magic ball",the collection module is innovatively designed to enable it to collect biological samples more completely and effectively.To a certain extent,it also provides new ideas for the grasping method of underwater collectors and the design of software grasping.
