The emerge of the automation of synthetic biology with the development of synthetic biology is in its infancy.Many countries have invested a lot of money to develop an efficient synthetic biology automation foundry to promote the rapid development of synthetic biology in their country to take the lead in the biology revolution.Because it is still in the early stage,there is no solution on the market for automation of synthetic biology,and even the conceptual framework for automation of synthetic biology has not yet formed.In order to improve the efficiency of synthetic biology,this paper conducts preliminary exploration and experiments on synthetic biology automation,and proposes an integrated system framework for synthetic biology automated foundry.In order to improve the efficiency of synthetic biology,a preliminary exploration and experiment of synthetic biology automation is carried out in this paper.An integrated system framework of synthetic biology automation foundry is proposed,and the control system of the system is researched and developed.Through the investigation of domestic biological research institutions,aiming at the shortcomings of the existing low degree of automation,a set of biological automatic foundry control system with rich information,strong operation and high integration was developed by using OLE for Process Control Unified Architecture(OPC UA)technology and C#language.First of all,according to the concept of synthetic biology automation,the overall hardware and software framework of automatic foundry system was designed.Then,each function of the software is developed in detail.For improving the stability of the platform integrated software,the software is made of components,and the redundancy design of components is carried out to improve its stability.Secondly,aim of verifying the feasibility of the foundry,a linkage experiment was carried out on the various equipment of the platform,and the system foundry is verified.Then,a multi-process optimization algorithm was carried out to optimize the work efficiency of the automated foundry.By improving the utilization rate of the equipment,the synthesis efficiency of the foundry was significantly improved.To increase the scalability of the system,the general industrial technology based on OPC UA was selected.Through using this technology,the server and the client can communicate safely and efficiently between the automation systems,and so that the distributed function of the integrated software is designed.Finally,a stable,flexible,expandable and efficient synthetic biology automatic foundry integrated system was proposed,verified and constructed.
