Concave convex plate has the advantages of high rigidity,high strength and strong design in structural and mechanical properties.Flat long concave convex plate greatly increases the proportion of convex structure in the whole plate on the basis of not destroying the strength of the plate,and further improves its bending performance.In this paper,the bending characteristics of orthotropic flat long concave convex plate are studied.There are four types of plate: ellipsoidal concave convex plate,staggered ellipsoidal concave convex plate,staggered capsule concave convex plate and transverse vertical crisscross capsule concave convex plate.Firstly,based on the classical Navier Stokes deflection theory,the deflection expressions of orthotropic flat long concave convex plate with simply supported four edges are given.Then,the equivalent stiffness expressions of three principal stiffnesses of orthotropic flat long concave convex plate are derived by using the linear elastic theory of thin plate bending and the equivalent deformation principle of material mechanics.The correctness and reliability of the equivalent stiffness are verified by comparing the results of solving the deflection with the results of numerical simulation,and the influence of different parameters of the convex structure on the accuracy of the equivalent stiffness is discussed,as well as the displacement results of numerical simulation under different convex shapes,so as to obtain the flat long concave convex plate with relatively superior bending stiffness.Finally,the arrangement of the convex structure of orthotropic plate is studied,and the staggered capsule concave convex plate and the transverse vertical crisscross capsule concave convex plate are selected as the models.By comparing the bending characteristics of square flat long convex structure with simply supported four sides in staggered arrangement,crisscross arrangement and common arrangement,the transverse vertical crisscross flat long convex concave convex plate with better bending performance is obtained.
