| The Cambrian is a part of human history that cannot be ignored and its fossil fossils left behind have become a reliable basis for modern people to observe and study the Cambrian biological explosion and evolutionary development.With the increasing use of fossil models in the field of current paleontological research,the difficulty,high price,complicated process and timeconsuming of model reconstruction have been exposed.In this thesis,the three-dimensional reconstruction method of paleontological fossils based on optical multi-angle images of fossils.The research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)In order to solve the problem of the cumbersome problem in current fossil reconstruction through the comparison of optical reconstruction methods,the SFM method is selected to reconstruct the fossil model in three dimensions,The effectiveness of this method on fossil image is experiments from two aspects: image quantity and background effect.Finally,we reconstructed a good-vision fossil 3D point cloud model with 36107 point clouds.(2)In view of the large number of noises in the reconstruction results obtained by the SFM method,we construct the experimental data set of three dimensions reconstruction of fossil based on the results of the accurate model reconstructed by large electronic CT equipment.3DR2N2 method is used for training on fossil multi-angle images,and the Io U of the reconstruction results reaches 0.597,which is 0.104 higher than that of the initial stone model.,Which is also slightly higher than other models.(3)Aiming at the problems of the large amount and variety of fossil data,the inconvenience of management,and the large size of fossil digital model files that are difficult to display and promote,a visualization and data management system for fossil reconstruction results was designed and developed.The system consists of two modules: data management and model visualization;the main function of the data management module is the storage and quick search of fossil-related information;the main function of the model visualization module is the online rotation,dyeing and cutting of fossil model files.This system can effectively improve the use efficiency of paleontology researchers. |
