Network communication is the key to ocean development and utilization.Limited to the unique marine environment,wireless communication is the best choice.At present,the sea area with a long offshore line(usually 12 nautical miles away)mainly relies on high-throughput satellite communication and Beidou short message communication,and the nearshore can rely on mobile operator network.The cost of satellite communication is high,the antenna is complex,the implementation is difficult,the flow of Beidou short message information is small,and the network coverage of mobile operators is limited.Therefore,the research of low-cost wireless communication technology in marine field is of great significance and urgency for marine monitoring data acquisition.Long distance wireless transmission is usually realized by relay transmission between wireless nodes or base stations.Transmission path optimization between nodes or base stations is a key technical problem,which needs further research.In this thesis,LoRa wireless communication mechanism is applied to build wireless Ad Hoc network through relay transmission between base stations or nodes to realize long-distance wireless transmission in sea area;This paper studies the transmission path optimization problem of wireless Mesh network composed of fixed network nodes,and proposes an improved genetic algorithm to optimize the transmission path of wireless Mesh network.After simulation,the performance differences of improved heritage algorithm,genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm in wireless Mesh network transmission path optimization are compared;This thesis also studies the transmission path optimization problem of wireless Ad Hoc network composed of mobile network nodes,analyzes the routing optimization characteristics of AODV algorithm in wireless Ad Hoc network,and then proposes a bidirectional search algorithm to optimize the transmission path of wireless Ad Hoc network,The main performance differences between AODV routing algorithm and bidirectional search algorithm in Ad Hoc network routing optimization are compared.Based on 433 MHz frequency band,LoRa mechanism wireless transmission marine data acquisition device is also developed in this thesis.Aiming at the practical application in marine field,the signal time-division transmission protocol in single channel is formulated to realize quasi real-time marine data acquisition.
