At present,the research and development and application of floating oil and gas production storage and unloading device in China is still in the initial stage,and there is still a certain gap between China and other countries in the design,layout,construction and installation technology of core modules.At the same time,industrial level and the improvement of science and technology,floating production storage and offloading unit of oil and gas equipment are also constantly upgrading,and with the improvement of the environmental protection consciousness,most of the national requirements for Marine development to strengthen the protection of the Marine environment and the increase of the other features,make the floating production storage and offloading unit of oil and gas equipment more and more,so the floating production storage and offloading oil and gas equipment manufacturers of all countries in the modular.The increasing number of modules and the balance between module spacing and risk have brought about greater problems in the traditional layout based on human experience.Based on the national "13th five-year plan",this paper discusses the research on the optimization of the layout of the core modules of the upper part of the large oil and gas production platform under the project project "research on the optimization of the layout of the core modules of the upper part of the FPSO platform".The main contents are as follows:Study the layout principles and key points of FPSO core production modules,analyze the production process flow of core production modules and functions of various modules,as well as the interaction between modules,and divide modules according to functions.The risk assessment method of module spacing is studied.This paper analyzes the theory and basic layout of FPSO and demonstrates the design scheme of FPSO.The simplified processing mode of modules was studied,the constraint conditions of the layout of the core modules in the upper part of FPSO were studied,and the mathematical model of the layout scheme of the production modules in the upper part of FPSO was established,including the establishment method of the research model,the processing of the objects to be distributed,and the solution of the objectives and constraint conditions.Using PDMS as the development tool,the layout software system of the upper core modules of FPSO is designed and developed,including the action mode between the software.
