Cancer is a kind of malignant disease with high mortality rate.By realizing the real-time monitoring of its lesion location and size, the development of cancer can be timely observed, tracked and treated.Electrical Impedance Tomography(EIT)can visualize the tissue of human organs with no radiation,no invasion, real time and low cost. However,it has the problems of low imaging accuracy and inaccurate lesion identification. In order to improve the accuracy of EIT reconstructed images, the lesion location information obtained by ultrasonic detection is used as the prior information of EIT imaging.Starting from the complementary characteristics of ultrasonic and electrical sensitive modes, fusion imaging is realized, which has a broad application prospect in the field of medical imaging. The main tasks of the project are as follows:(1)On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the development of EIT and ultrasonic detection technology, the two-dimensional section of the abdomen was selected according to the medical anatomical structure.Based on the acoustic and electrical characteristics of real human abdominal organs and diseased tissues,a human abdominal simulation model was constructed to detect common lesions in the abdomen.(2)Based on the establishment of human abdomen simulation model, the propagation rule of ultrasonic wave in human abdomen and the influence of human abdomen tissues and organs on acoustic field distribution and acoustic attenuation under different ultrasonic working frequency were analyzed.Simulation results show that the distribution of sound field is different with different excitation frequencies.By comparing the attenuation of sound waves generated by different excitation frequencies in human abdomen,it is determined that the working frequency of ultrasonic is 1.7 MHz.(3)By using the complementary characteristics of the two modal sensitive fields, ultrasonic reflection information in the human abdomen simulation model was extracted to determine the boundary position information of the diseased tissues in different organs, and fusion imaging was performed with the electrical modal test information.By comparing and analyzing the fusion imaging results of the two modes with the electrical mode imaging results, the fusion imaging results were not affected by the organ position and the electrical characteristic parameter distribution, and the size information of the lesion could be obtained more accurately, and the imaging results also had higher accuracy.(4)On the basis of the establishment of ultrasonic/electrical dual-mode experimental test system,AGAR models with different electrical conductivity were used to simulate various organs in the abdomen.Pure pork, pork and plastic particles mixture and plastic rods were used to simulate pathological tissues with different sizes, electrical conductivity and density, for dual-mode fusion test and imaging verification experiment.By comparing the experimental results with the simulation results,it is shown that the ultrasonic/electrical dual-mode test and imaging method can basically meet the needs of obtaining information about the development and change of human abdominal lesions.
