Due to the environmental conditions of facilities and unreasonable water and fertilizer management, many problems such as secondary salinization, nutrient imbalance, soil acidification, etc, among which the secondary salinization of soil is the most prominent, which has serious harm to plant growth. In this study,on the basis of basal application shilikang, the effects of various treatments on tomato growth, fruit quality and soil indexes were studied by dressing woco microrobial inoculum, pseudomonas fluorescens, bacillus licheniformis, pseudomonas fluorescens+bacillus licheniformis, bacillus licheniformis+garbage enzyme and garbage enzyme, and then integrating effective microbial inoculum and garbage enzyme to further verify and screen out effective treatment combinations. It is expected to find a microbial treatment scheme which can improve and repair the secondary salinization of facility soil through ecological security. The results of the two-year study are as follows:1?Compared with before cultivation, all treatments will cause soil pH to rise. The soil conductivity and water-soluble salt content of most treatments decreased, among which woco microrobial inoculum+pseudomonas fluorescens+garbage enzyme treatment had the most obvious effect, with the decrease of 49.09% and 66.61% respectively.2?The activities of alkaline phosphatase, catalase, sucrase and urease in soil were increased by each treatment, among which woco microrobial inoculum+bacillus licheniformis treatment increased soil sucrase activity by 92.00%,woco microrobial inoculum+garbage enzyme treatment increased soil urease activity by 47.84%.The number of soil bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes increased, and the soil micro ecological environment was improved.3?Each treatment has certain influence on the growth and quality of tomato, among which woco microrobial inoculum+bacillus licheniformis treatment can increase the yield by11.65%.4?Correlation analysis shows that there is a very significant negative correlation between soil pH and available nitrogen content,a very significant positive correlation between conductivity and available nitrogen and water-soluble salt content, available nitrogen and available potassium content, and alkaline phosphatase activity and catalase activity. There are significant positive correlations between actinomycetes and bacteria, sucrase activity and bacteria, urease activity and fungi.
