Derivatives with the development of human civilization, industry, plastic as one of the largest industrial products widely into various industries, which produce a large amount of plastic, plastic garbage into numerous plastic particles, with the natural weathering and degradation of plastics we call micro particle size is small enough,a large number of microplastic has the same properties as suspended particulate matter in the water,Is easy to be swallowed up by the organism and easily influenced by ocean currents of mass diffusion, and due to the nature of its own material, alienation has a hydrophilic organic pollutants and water features, when combined micro plastic and the sea is permeated with oil, snow phenomenon will produce oil,oil of micro plastic mass diffusion, easily consumed by the waters of the ocean creatures, which can affect the health of Marine life,However, the complex transfer process between microplastics and petroleum hydrocarbon pollutants in organisms has not been clearly studied, which is of great significance for us to reduce the consumption of unhealthy Marine products. In this paper, the complex transfer process of microplastics containing petroleum hydrocarbons in Marine organisms was described, and the dynamic adsorption and transfer mechanism of petroleum hydrocarbons in water phase, microplastics and organic particles was studied. The reasons for adsorption were analyzed and verified by using the classical dynamic model. At the same time,we used near-infrared hyperspectral technology to detect the experimental process. We tried to use spectral technology to directly determine petroleum hydrocarbons in seawater, intestinal fluid of organisms and fish, and combined the analytical advantages of spectral technology with stoichiometry to realize the prediction of petroleum hydrocarbons in different background media. The study shows that the adsorption and resolution of oil-containing microplastics swallowed by organisms is a dynamic process, which is influenced by physical characteristics, including temperature and feeding conditions. The reason why temperature has a significant influence on the adsorption kinetics is that the temperature change affects the kinematic viscosity of oil and then affects its adsorption and transfer. The reason why p H has a significant influence is that it leads to a significant change in the particle size of favorable particles in the intestinal tract of organisms. The spectroscopic technology was successfully used to achieve rapid detection, which realized the monitoring of the whole process of oleaginous plastics from being swallowed into organisms to the diffusion of petroleum hydrocarbons into fish tissues.
