Marine environmental security concerns major strategic issues such as national economy and energy transport.Ensuring the environmental security of China's maritime strategic channels and strategic fulcrums is of great significance for safeguarding China's maritime sovereignty and promoting China's economic development.Using satellites to monitor the ocean can make full use of spatial information resources and improve the observation efficiency of people in hot spots.Using computer simulation technology for satellite-to-ground observation simulation can effectively improve the efficiency of satellite resource allocation,complete the scheduling simulation of multiple satellites,and realize the security of marine environment.In this paper,aiming at the observation task of marine hot spots,in the Microsoft Visual Studio development environment under Windows platform,the C#programming language under the framework of Microsoft.NET Framework is used for logical programming,and combined with WinForms,Microsoft SQL Server,Google Earth and Amap and other software tools,the design and implementation of task-oriented satellite resource allocation and scheduling simulation platform are completed.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Based on the functional requirements of the simulation platform,the system is designed as function display layer,logic processing layer and data access layer.The function display layer realizes human-computer interaction and satellite simulation display;The logic processing layer realizes data calculation and functional module connection;The data access layer realizes the reading and storage of satellite data.2.Using satellite ephemeris data to calculate satellite orbit and subsatellite point,the ground coverage model of synthetic aperture radar(SAR)satellite multi-imaging mode is established,and the calculation and simulation of satellite transit time window are completed.3.In the SQL Server Local DB database,several data tables like satellite transit time and task objectives are designed,and the database is designed as the interface of the simulation platform to provide satellite transit time data to the external system and provide data support for multi-satellite and multi-task scheduling simulation.4.Using WinForms to complete the man-machine interface of simulation platform;Using Google Earth to complete the visual simulation of three-dimensional satellite operation;The visual simulation of two-dimensional satellite operation is completed by using Amap,and the function of map obtaining target information of satellite mission is realized.
