Cognitive function is the brain's ability to reflect the characteristics,states and interrelations of objective things,and reveal the meaning and effects of things to people.It is a kind of high-level psychological function.Visual discrimination ability is an important visual cognitive function.In real life,good visual discerning skills are important,especially for visually demanding tasks like driving,sonar and radar operators,security personnel,and even the emerging e-sports industry.Mismatch negativities are event-related potential(ERP)that are passively evoked when the nervous system receives a stimulus from a pattern of vision.It makes it much easier for us to study the brain's activity under specific tasks.At present,there are few studies on visual mismatch negatives to detect and determine visual recognition ability.The main challenges now are how to induce the visual mismatched negatives clearly as well as how to build a relationship between EEG and behavioral index to detect visual discrimination ability.Therefore,visual mismatched negative waves are introduced in this study.Experiments are designed to induce visual mismatched negative waves,and then visual recognition ability is detected by combining the amplitude of Electroencephalograph(EEG)with short-term accuracy in behavioral data.It mainly carries on the following several research aspects:(1)Visual mismatching negative wave induced experiments were designed to obtain the visual mismatching negative wave induced under two experimental paradigms,three types of deviation,and their respective two deviation levels.The traditional mismatched negative wave is induced by auditory Oddball paradigm and Optimal paradigm.In this paper,the mismatched negative wave is introduced into the detection of visual recognition ability.The results show that the visual mismatched negative waves can be successfully induced and extracted at100?200ms and 200?300ms.(2)The evoked visual mismatching negative wave was analyzed,and its latency and amplitude were extracted.At the group level,the differences in the amplitude and latency of the visual mismatching negative waves induced by the three bias categories were analyzed,as well as the differences in the attributes of the visual mismatching negative waves induced by the two bias levels.The results showed that: Among the three deviations,the latency of visual mismatching negative wave induced by color deviations is the shortest and the amplitude is the highest,and in the three deviations,the amplitude and latency of large deviations are significantly higher than those of small deviations.(3)Introducing the behavior data,according to the results of EEG signal correlation processing,combined with behavior,information,data analysis at the individual level,different individuals through the EEG data and behavior of data feedback from the visual recognition,reaction time and accuracy of data according to the behavior of individual subjects to evaluate visual recognition,and find in EEG waveform information associated with them,The results show that the visual recognition ability of the subjects can be well detected by combining the accuracy of the color bias judgment with the amplitude of the negative wave induced by the visual mismatching in behavioral science,and the discrimination between high and low recognition ability can be achieved.
