In this paper, the effects of uniaxial and cubic anisotropy on ferromagnetic resonance of magnetic thin film with stress anisotropy are discussed in detail by using ferromagnetic resonance(FMR).First of all,the corresponding magnetic free energy density is given based on the model. The resonant frequency, frequency linewidth, field linewidth and imaginary part of magnetic susceptibility of system are derived by using the principle of minimum energy and Smit-Beljers relation.Secondly, the in-plane uniaxial anisotropy field, cubic anisotropy field and stress anisotropy field can facilitate the magnetization of system along x-axis.However,the existence of out-of-plane uniaxial anisotropy field inhibits the magnetization of system in any direction, and out-of-plane cubic anisotropy field has no effect on the system. The existence of in-plane cubic anisotropic field makes the curves of resonant frequency, magnetic free energy density, frequency linewidth, field linewidth and imaginary part of magnetic susceptibility versus the direction of applied magnetic field show double symmetry. In addition, the critical field also varies with the intensity of in-plane uniaxial, cubic and stress anisotropic field. The research also found the direction of in-plane uniaxial anisotropic field has a certain influence on the intensity and direction of hard and easy magnetization. At the same time, the intensity and direction of hard and easy magnetization can also be changed by adjusting the intensity and direction of stress anisotropic field. All these provide some theoretical guidance for future experimental research.
