| Foliar stoichiometry is a window to understand the biogeochemical cycle, and to know plant growth and ecological adaptability.Studying the foliar stoichiometry of artificial forest is of great significance for further optimizing the ecological projects. In order to reveal the similarities and differences of the main trees to environmental adaptability in north and south mountains of Lanzhou City, taking three greening species as research object, and foliar stoichiometry traits of three trees were compared, and the response to environmental factors of Sabina chinensis, platycladus orientalis,Picea asperata was systematically analyzed. The results are as follows:(1)The foliar C content of Picea asperata and Sabina chinensis(497.64,495.67 g·kg-1)was significantly higher than that of platycladus orientalis(483.12g·kg-1),and there was no significant difference between the former two;The foliar N content of platycladus orientalis(17.72 g·kg-1)significantly higher than that of Picea asperata(15.62 g·kg-1),and significantly higher than that of Sabina chinensis(14.12 g·kg-1);The foliar P content of platycladus orientalis(1.76 g·kg-1)was significantly higher than of Picea asperata(1.41 g·kg-1)and Sabina chinensis(1.42 g·kg-1),with no significant difference was found between the latter two.The order of variation coefficients of C was:Picea asperata<Sabina chinensis<platycladus orientalis, and the order of variation coefficients N,P were Sabina chinensis<platycladus orientalis<Picea asperata.(2)The foliar C:N of Sabina chinensis(35.58)was significantly higher than that of Picea asperata C:N(33.37),and was significantly higher than that of platycladus orientalis(27.99);The foliar C:P of Picea asperata(428.20)and Sabina chinensis(359.01)were significantly higher than that of platycladus orientalis(291.80),and there was no significant difference between the former two;The foliar N:P of Picea asperata(12.66)was significantly higher than of Sabina chinensis(10.16)and platycladus orientalis(10.47),and there was no significant difference between the latter two.The order of variation coefficients of foliar C:N,C:P,N:P were Sabina chinensis<platycladus orientalis<Picea asperata.(3)The foliar N content of Picea asperata was positively correlated to foliar P content, and, was negatively correlated to foliar C:N,C:P,the foliar P content of the three species were negatively correlated to foliar C:N,C:P,N:P,the foliar C:N of Picea asperata,Sabina chinensis were negatively correlated to foliar C:P,the foliar C:P content of the three species were negatively correlated to foliar N:P;The foliar C content of Sabina chinensis was positively correlated to foliar N content, the foliar N content was negatively correlated to foliar C:N,and positively correlated to foliar N:P,the foliar C:N was negatively correlated to foliar N:P;The foliar C content of platycladus orientalis was negatively correlated to foliar N,P content, and was positively correlated to foliar C:N,C:P,N:P,the foliar N content was positively correlated to foliar P content, and was negatively correlated to foliar C:N,C:P.(4)SOC(soil organic carbon),SAP(soil available phosphorous),SAN(soil available nitrogen)decreased with soil depth increased,STN(soil total nitrogen)and STP(soil total phosphorous)increased with soil depth increased,SWC(soil water content)and EC(electrical conductivity)increased with soil depth increased,p H firstly increased and then decreased with soil depth increased; The south mountains of SOC,STN,STP,SAN,SAP were significantly higher than that of north mountains, however, there were no significant difference in EC and p H between north and south mountains, and the SWC of north mountain was significantly higher than that of south mountains.(5)pH,STP,EC had a significant effect on the foliar stoichiometry of Picea asperata;and soil factors have no influence on the foliar stoichiometry of Sabina chinensis;SAN,STN mainly influenced the foliar stoichiometry of platycladus orientalis. The above results showed that foliar nutrient content and mainly environmental factors that affecting their growth were different due to species, resulting in plant competition and adaptation strategies in micro-habitats.Therefore,comparing the changes of the foliar nutrient content between different species and exploring the environmental factors that affecting the foliar nutrient content, was great theoretical significance for the ecological engineering construction of north and south mountais in Lanzhou City. |
