With the advent of the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,urban agglomerations will become an important space carrier for gathering productivity,and the urban form with urban agglomerations will become the main form of urban development.Urban agglomerations have advantages in resource allocation over individual cities.The living,employment,and leisure activities that were originally concentrated in a single city have gradually spread to various cities in the urban agglomeration,which has also promoted the mobility and commuting of people between different cities.The distribution of job-housing space and the characteristics of commuting are important indicators to measure the development stages of urban agglomerations.The distribution of job-housing space and the commuting in urban agglomerations will be very different from traditional single cities.Therefore,the characteristics of job-housing space and commuting in urban agglomerations should be studied,which is of great value for the high-quality development of urban agglomerations.Existing research on job-housing balance and commuting characteristics is relatively rich,while the research on urban agglomerations is very scarce.The 14 th Five-Year Plan regards the development of urban agglomerations as the main form of new urbanization,and scholars are urgently needed to fill the gaps in the research on this area.At the same time,the research on the job-housing and commuting field is mainly based on single data or multi-source data with low complementarity.The existing multi-source data can complement each other in identification methods,but the industry distribution is still relatively single,which limits the analyzation from different fields such as economy,policy,planning,and transportation.In addition,the calculation of the main commuting index-commuting distance mostly uses Euclidean distance or grid distance that is different from the actual travel scene,and there are fewer studies considering the travel distance in the actual scene,therefore the distance error caused by it affects the analysis result to a certain extent.Based on the above background,this article selects the Chang-Zhu-Tan city group as the research area,using mobile phone signaling data,plus statistical yearbook data,China Urban Planning and Design Institute monitoring data,Baidu Map Insight data,urban housing data,high-speed rail station data,and combined Planning outlines such as "Changzhutan Urban Agglomeration Land and Space Planning","Changzhutan Urban Agglomeration Ecological Green Heart Area Master Plan",together with SQL,Python,Arc GIS and other tools to identify the job-housing space spatial distribution of residents in Changzhutan urban agglomeration,extract the commuting characteristics,and analyze from the perspective of the urban agglomeration and cross-city,so as to describe the job-housing and commuting portraits of the urban agglomeration.The results of this study show that the recognition results are significantly correlated with statistical data,reflecting the high applicability of the algorithms and recognition results.Through the calculation of job-housing balance measurement,the extraction of commuting features and the visualization of result,this study has drawn the following conclusions:(1)The spatial distribution structure of job-housing presents the characteristics of primary and secondary core clusters,and a main core distributed along the Xiangjiang River is formed around the green core area.Two secondary cores and four fringe cores are in line with the "one water,one center and two circles" in the land and space planning of the Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration.(2)The jobhousing distribution in the north-central part of the Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration and the junction of the three cities is not balanced,but in peripheral areas is relatively balanced.(3)The job-housing space distribution of cross-city commuting users highly coincides with the distribution of Chang-Zhu-Tan intercity railway stations.The construction of inter-city transportation infrastructure in the urban agglomeration reduces the time of cross-city commuting and increases the average commuting distance of residents,meanwhile commuting happiness has also been improved.
