Looking for the anomalous top quark couplings is one of the important physical objectives of current and future high-energy collider experiments. In recent years, there have been a lot of studies on the anomalous top quark couplings. With the in-depth research,it is found that the study of the anomalous top quark couplings plays an important role in the detection of new physics.Due to GIM mechanism branching ratios Br(t?q?)induced by the anomalous top quark couplings under the framework of the Standard Model(SM)is very small, which is far lower than the current experimental measurement accuracy. Some new physics models beyond the SM can make branching ratios larger than that predicted by the SM,which means that the anomalous top quark couplings detected in the high-energy collider experiments can be con-sidered as the signal of the new physics beyond the SM.At present, there are many researches on the radiative decay of B meson and the anomalous top quarks couplings, which have be-come one of the hot theoretical and experimental research fields of particle physics.Although no physical signal of the anomalous top quark couplings has been detected, experiments have given some experimental upper limits of the anomalous top quark couplings. For example, the upper limit of branching ratios tq y,Br(t ?c?)<0.17%and Br(t?u?)<0.013%,are given at 95%confidence level in the CMS collaboration of LHC,assuming that the left-hand couplings and right-hand couplings are equal. The high-energy and high-luminosity collider experiments are more sensitive to the anomalous top quark couplings, and will give a more accurate upper limit of the anomalous top quark couplings. In this paper, the contributions of tc? and tu? to B?Xs?[B? K*(?)?]decay process and B? Xd?(B?p?)de-cay process are studied, respectively. Then, the latest experimental measurements of the decay B?Xs?[B? K*(?)?]and B? Xd?(B???)are compared with their predictions values of the standard model, and the constraint of the anomalous top quarks couplings tc? and tu?are obtained.Recently, the ATLAS collaboration has published the latest experimental results of only right-handed or left-handed tq y couplings branching ratios Br(t?q?)at 95%confi-dence level,Br(t?u?)?0.0061%and Br(t?cy)?0.022%.We found that our numerical results are consistent with those recently published by the ATLAS Collaboration.
