A large amount of data is generated and accumulated during the development of aircraft.Multi-dimensional analysis of these data can more effectively express the aerodynamic characteristics contained in the aerodynamic data.With the development of technology and the high demand for the performance of aircraft,more and more parameters and more complex structures are involved in the development of aircraft.The traditional data decentralized processing mode causes problems such as wide sources of aerodynamic data,non-standard and difficult to share.At the same time,there are many types of parameters in pneumatic data and their names are different,so it is difficult for researchers to locate the required parameters in time to complete data screening,thus affecting the efficiency of data analysis.Therefore,how to effectively normalize the multi-type pneumatic data in the same database and realize the dynamic screening and multi-dimensional analysis of the data has become an important problem to be solved in the process of aircraft development.For wide pneumatic data sources,non-standard,named differentiation problems such as large amount of data and parameters,this paper's main work includes:(1)to fully understand the basic information of the data,follow the rules were extracted from the corresponding data,through the simulation of the data warehouse ETL functions to build pneumatic data pretreatment system,data of the different sources extracted in accordance with the predefined rules for data conversion,and then integrate the target data will be converted and the established database;(2)Based on the MVVM framework,a general user interface filtering and filtering component is established by using the dynamic template in the framework,which realizes the minimum refresh of the page view and the dynamic filtering of normalized aerodynamic data;(3)An optimization algorithm of aerodynamic data rendering based on virtual DOM is proposed,which reduces the traversal operation of DOM tree by means of differential rendering.By comparing the rendering efficiency of virtual Dom and native Java Script,we can see that the rendering efficiency of the same amount of aerodynamic data has been further improved;(4)With multi-type data set as the center,the system architecture and system function modules are designed,and combined with the ECHARTS framework,a high-dimensional integration and multi-dimensional analysis system for pneumatic data is developed based on the above multi-layer architecture.The system realizes the functions of high-dimensional integration,dynamic screening and multi-dimensional analysis of pneumatic data.After the overall functional test and performance test,the system can provide multi-type aerodynamic data visualization services,and provide better analysis and decision support for aircraft researchers.
