With the continuous development of social economy,the problem of energy shortage is becoming more and more prominent,and environmental pollution is serious.Therefore,the problem of developing renewable clean energy is imminent.As a clean and pollution-free Marine renewable energy with large reserves,wave energy has attracted great attention from all countries in the world.At present,the development of ocean wave energy has become an upsurge in the field of new energy.However,the energy instability of wave energy itself,the long-term direct contact with sea water,easy corrosion,low reliability,low capture efficiency,and harsh living environment of wave energy have brought about great obstacles to the development of wave energy.In view of the above situation,a new wave energy capture device is proposed based on the analysis and comparison of the research status and development trend of wave energy conversion devices at home and abroad.Through the overall design,theoretical analysis,numerical calculation and model test of the device,the paper studies the operation characteristics of the new wave energy capture device.The specific research work is as follows:(1)The research status of wave energy device at home and abroad and the existing problems are firstly discussed in this paper.On this basis,the overall design of a new wave energy capture device is proposed.By comparing four kinds of pendulum shapes,the best shape was selected as the energy capturing mechanism to convert the up and down reciprocating motion of waves into mechanical energy.The design of the pendulum body encapsulated in the buoy,not direct contact with the sea water.Auto CAD software is used to draw the structure of the wave energy capture device.(2)The basic characteristics and related attributes of waves as well as the theory of linear waves are introduced.On this basis,the wave motion,the movement and the force of the internal pendulum are analyzed,the mathematical model of the wave energy capture device is built,and the capture efficiency formula of the device is derived.Combined with the mathematical model of the capture device and based on MATLAB software,the numerical simulation was carried out to simulate the motion of the pendulum body,and the motion curve was obtained.The optimal data of the device can be obtained from the image,which can be substituted into the capture efficiency formula.(3)Based on theory and analysis,the physical model of the capture device is designed.The model test was carried out on the hydrodynamic test platform to reveal the influence of factors such as the pitching Angle of the floating body,the angular displacement of the pendulum body,and the angular velocity of the pendulum body on the capture ability of the device.The results of model experiments are basically consistent with those of theoretical analysis,which further proves the accuracy of theoretical analysis.The new wave energy capture device designed in this paper not only improves the capture efficiency,but also ensures the anti-corrosion ability of the device,so as to improve the reliability and service life of the device,which provides reference and reference value for future wave energy power generation devices.
