As several important metabolic processes in the body, lipid metabolism participates in the body's energy supply and energy storage mainly in the form of fat.In addition, fat metabolism processes are involved in important life processes in the body.Disorders of lipid metabolism can lead to obesity, intestinal microbial environment disorders and other adverse conditions, induce cardiovascular diseases in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF),and aggravate kidney damage.Bifidobacterium A6 is a microorganism that has a beneficial effect on the body.Based on this, this research uses Bifidobacterium A6 as the research object to explore the interaction between A6 and lipid metabolism, and is the development of probiotic health products.Provide a theoretical basis. In this study,4-week-old male BALB/c mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group,low-dose Bifidobacterium A6 group, and high-dose Bifidobacterium A6 group. The A6 high-and low-dose groups were induced by high-fat feed to form a model from the beginning to the end of the experiment.Gavage bacteria suspension at a dose of 2.0×109cfu/kg·d and 1.0×1010 cfu/kg·d each day.The mice in the group and the model group were given the same positive physiological saline instead of gavage, and the gavage lasted for seven weeks.During the experiment, the blood lipids and inflammatory factors were measured to explore the effects of Bifidobacterium inactivation A6 on the blood indicators of mice;HE staining of liver and epididymal adipose tissue was used to study the effect of Bifidobacterium A6 on the pathology of liver and epididymis adipose tissue;Use PCR technology to explore the effect of inactivating live Bifidobacterium A6 on mouse gene expression;finally use 16 sr DNA technology to explore the changes in mouse intestinal flora. The results of animal experiments showed that the biocide Bifidobacterium A6 has a relieving effect on the lipid metabolism disorder in mice induced by high-fat food.First of all,it can improve the morphology and inflammation of the liver and epididymal adipose tissue.Secondly, the weight of the mice was significantly reduced. The serum biochemical test found that the total cholesterol content, triglyceride content, and low-density lipoprotein,IFN-?,IL-6,TNF-?,etc.in the serum were significantly after gavage.Decreased, while the high-density lipoprotein content increased significantly. Finally,it relieves liver damage, and at the same time changes the abundance and structure of intestinal flora, significantly increases the content of Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus, and Lactococcus lactis in the intestinal tract of mice with lipid metabolism disorders, and significantly reduces the content of harmful bacteria Helicobacter pylori.
