China has a vast territory and a complicated geological environment.The rapid development of traffic construction not only brings convenience to people and development to the region,but also gives birth to a large number of soil slopes.The stability of soil slopes becomes more and more prominent,so it is very necessary to reduce the casualties and economic losses caused by slope disasters.Through the combination of literature research,theoretical analysis,numerical analysis and slope monitoring information comparison,based on the modern mathematical analysis theory and machine learning method to evaluate and predict the slope safety situation.A slope situation evaluation method based on the slope of the displacement tangent Angle fitting equation and the improved displacement tangent Angle was established,and the data preprocessing method of cubic Hermite interpolation and wavelet noise reduction was adopted to obtain more real deformation information of the slope,and the slope situation was predicted by the BP neural network prediction model of l-m algorithm.The main research results are as follows:1.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the commonly used slope situation evaluation criteria,according to the three-stage development rules of the soil slope,displacement indexes are adopted as the slope safety situation evaluation criteria.Development at home and abroad based on more than 20 typical slope displacement data,summarizes the soil slopes beyond the classical theory of three stages of development of 6 kinds of slope evolution model,in the same stage of development aimed at different slope criterion value gap big phenomenon,the tangent slope Angle fitting equation is presented based on the displacement and improve the tangent Angle of slope displacement method of situation assessment.2.In view of the possibility of instrument error,system error and some non-real noise fluctuation in monitoring data,a pre-processing method of monitoring data based on cubic Hermite interpolation and wavelet noise reduction was proposed.According to the engineering slope monitoring information,the noise reduction experiment was conducted based on MATLAB to determine the optimal noise reduction method.3.Through 6 kinds of commonly used slope trend prediction model analysis,the basic principle and applicability in engineering of high precision real-time monitoring system for the huge amounts of monitoring data,using BP neural network model to forecast,according to the engineering slope monitoring information,through the MATLAB model optimization,was proposed based on L-M slope security situation prediction model of the algorithm.4.Based on the surface displacement monitoring system of the soil slope on the right side of a highway in Guangzhou,K10 + 585 ? K10 + 820,the monitoring signal was denoised by the optimal method selected by the paper.The slope state evaluation method based on the slope of displacement tangent Angle fitting equation is used to get the recognition that the slope is in the state of constant deformation.The original monitoring signal and noise reduction monitoring signal of the slope were used to establish the BP neural network prediction model optimized based on l-m algorithm.After analysis,it was found that the noise reduction signal model had higher accuracy in fitting and prediction.After analysis of the predicted data,it was found that the slope would still be in the stage of constant deformation in the future.The BP neural network prediction model based on wavelet noise reduction has better application effect in slope safety situation prediction.Established in this paper,based on the surface deformation monitoring of soil slope safety situation assessment and prediction method of high precision real-time slope monitoring system with higher applicability and nonlinear slope monitoring data for the use of large amounts of slope safety situation assessment and prediction work provides effective method,for the work of disaster prevention and mitigation of the same kind of slope is of great significance.
