As a large-scale test equipment that can simulate ground motion in the laboratory under the current level of scientific and technological development,the shaking table system has complicated internal technology and control theory.In actual tests,there are often problems such as phase failure and poor waveform correlation.If these problems can be solved,the shaking table test results will be more accurate and credible.Therefore,this article aims to improve the accuracy of waveform reproduction,and takes the level one-way shaking table of Xinyang Normal University as the research object.Use MATLAB simulation analysis methods to study the construction of shaking table system,control principle,parameter setting,particle swarm control strategy and waveform correlation.The main research work and results are as follows:(1)Introduce the working principle of the shaking table,analyze the components and summarize the performance parameters,provide theoretical support for the later theoretical research of the three-variable control system of the shaking table,and design of seismic schemes,and also provide a reference for future shaking table upgrades;at the same time,the hydraulic system and the control system are analyzed theoretically,and the transfer function is obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent establishment of the simulation model;then the shaking table simulation model is established in the MATLAB\Simulink environment.(2)Introduced the development process and principle of particle swarm algorithm,combined with the characteristics of particle swarm algorithm that the theory of particle swarm algorithm is easy to understand and the program is easy to write,the particle swarm algorithm is applied to the study of control parameter tuning of shaking table,and a kind of method based on particle swarm algorithm is proposed.The vibration table control algorithm,and according to the actual needs of the three-variable control parameter tuning problem,completes the particle swarm algorithm design.At the same time,in order to improve the efficiency of the algorithm,the particle swarm algorithm is improved,and the theoretical research work is completed.(3)Using the established shaking table simulation model,the performance comparison study of theoretical value control and self-tuning value control shaking table is carried out.First,complete the theoretical value time-domain waveform simulation:the results show that under the traditional theoretical value control,the vibration table waveform reproduction accuracy is not high;afterwards,the algorithm proposed in this paper is used to conduct self-tuning simulation research.The simulation results show that the waveform correlation coefficient can be improved under theoretical value control,which shows that the algorithm can generate a set of control parameters that improve the accuracy of waveform reproduction,and the algorithm is effective.Finally,the time-domain waveform simulation results are analyzed by frequency spectrum.The results show that compared with the theoretical value,the system frequency response attenuation is compensated under the control of the self-tuning value,which proves the effectiveness and intelligence of the algorithm proposed in this paper from the perspective of frequency domain.In order to further verify the effectiveness of the algorithm,the simulation test was carried out with the parameters of the earthquake simulation shaking table of Beijing University of Technology,and the ideal results were also obtained.It proves that the algorithm proposed in this paper has a certain generality.
