With the advent of Internet information technology and the era of big data,the single complex network theory cannot accurately describe the characteristics of real complex systems,nor can it explain the multiple complex phenomena in real society.In order to study the structural association and dynamic characteristics of real complex networks,many scholars use the multilayer network theory to study the diversity of the meaning of links between network nodes,the association and difference between network levels.Due to the strong relevance of hierarchical network,the failure of nodes in one layer of network will inevitably lead to the failure of nodes in other network layers.Therefore,the theoretical significance and application value of multilayer complex network invulnerability research are increasingly prominent.This paper focuses on "how to describe the topology of multilayer complex network","how to measure the invulnerability of multilayer complex network topology" and "how to improve the invulnerability of multilayer complex network",and systematically studies the modeling,invulnerability analysis and optimization of multilayer complex network topology.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)Three kinds of three-layer complex network models are proposed and constructed.The probability model is generated by relying on the edge connection probability between networks,and the intersection of nodes and the superposition of node degree values are revealed by using super adjacency matrix,which lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.(2)The topological characteristics of the three-layer complex network model are studied.By micro-adjusting the random coupling probability of the hierarchical dependent edges,the distribution of node degree values of the three kinds of networks is studied.On the whole,the three kinds of networks show multi-peak characteristics,such as single peak,double peak and triple peak.Based on the transitivity and characteristic path length of three kinds of three-layer networks,the influence of random coupling probability on the whole network structure is analyzed,and the characteristic law of the internal structure of random coupling probability model is revealed.(3)The relationship between multi-peak characteristics and three-layer network destruction resistance is studied.Considering the internal structure properties of the hierarchical network,a three-layer network model with better invulnerability is determined by using huge components and redundant paths.The random attack strategy and the core node attack strategy(degree centrality first attack,point-intermediate centrality first attack)are simulated to improve the multilayer complex network invulnerability by adjusting the network peak value.
