The drifting paradox in marine ecosystem refers to how river creatures survive when they are continuously affected by unidirectional flow. The reaction diffusion advection equation is used to describe the dynamic behavior of marine population. In this paper,we study the reaction-diffusion-advection equation of benthic drift species.By using partial differential equation theory, dynamical system theo-ry,variational method, comparison principle, upper and lower solution method,we study the global existence and boundedness of the solution, the stability or instabil-ity of the equilibrium solution, the uniform persistence of the system, and the profile of the system when the advection coefficient tends to infinity. Finally, numerical simulation is carried out with MATLAB to verify the conclusion and explain the drift paradox. |
