As an important part of the transportation system,the sea-crossing bridge is a safer,faster and more economical than traditional sea transportation.With the sharp increase of the number of sea-crossing bridges,in order to ensure the safety of sea-crossing bridges in service and prevent accidents,a variety of sensors have been widely used in the sea-crossing bridge monitoring system.However,the battery energy carried by the sensor is usually very limited,which can not meet the requirements of continuous monitoring.At the same time,the manual replacement of batteries is time-consuming and labor-intensive,and the waste batteries also pollute the environment.Therefore,it is a better way to use the renewable energy in the ocean to convert it into electrical energy to power the sensor.Wave energy in the ocean exists in the form of kinetic energy and potential energy,and its energy density is greater than solar energy and wind energy.The all-day availability and predictability of energy based on geographical location are the other two advantages of ocean wave energy compared to other environmental energy sources.Therefore,a point-absorbing wave energy power generator based on spatial double four-bar linkage is designed in this paper,which can harvest ocean wave energy and convert it into electrical energy for storage,and supply power for the sensor of the sea-crossing bridge,so as to increase the monitoring time of the sensor.Firstly,the point-absorbing wave energy power generator is selected as the research direction,and the point-absorbing wave energy power generator which uses the spatial double four-bar linkage and the dual one-way clutches to convert energy is proposed,and then the modular design idea is used as structural design,including the wave energy capture module,the energy transmission module,the power generation module and the energy storage module.Secondly,the kinematics and dynamics analysis of the point-absorbing wave energy power generator is carried out to establish the dynamic theoretical mathematical model and power generation characteristic theory of the point-absorbing wave energy power generator.Solid Works and MATLAB software are used to build the simulation model for sinusoidal input simulation analysis,that is,the simulation analysis of the indicator characteristics and damping coefficient.Thirdly,the prototype of point-absorbing wave energy power generator is manufactured in this paper,and the MTS bench test is carried out.Based on the test data,the indicator characteristics and power generation characteristics of the device are analyzed to further verify the principle and simulation results.The research shows that the indicator and power generation characteristics of the point-absorbing wave energy power generator prototype designed in this paper are in line with the theoretical and simulation conclusions,and its functions and characteristics meet the expected requirements,which lays the foundation for further research on wave energy collection and generation in the future.Finally,the application scenario of the point-absorbing wave energy power generator has been studied in this paper.Through the introduction of the installation mode of the wave energy power generator on the sea-crossing bridge and the simulated wave test,the feasibility and practicability of the device using wave energy to generate power are verified,and the basic analysis is provided for the power supply of the low-power micro monitoring sensor of the sea-crossing bridge.
