Concrete / reinforced concrete are widely used in civil construction and military construction.The problem of concrete / reinforced concrete penetration has always been an important issue in the field of national defense.However,due to the complexity of concrete materials,the research on this issue is still not deep enough.Therefore,in this paper,the method of separation modeling,the combination of experimental study and numerical simulation,was used to study the high-speed penetration of concrete / reinforced concrete.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The large-diameter projectile high-speed penetration test of thick concrete /reinforced concrete targets was carried out,recording the experimental process with high-speed photography and calculating the block thickness of targets.Based on the results of high speed photography,the penetration process and damage characteristics of the targe plate were analyzed,and the damage law of the targets was obtained;(2)The separation finite element model of penetration with thick reinforced concrete target was established by Hypermesh,ANSYS and LS-DYNA.The law of value of relevant parameters was discussed,including the failure type of HJC model and failure model.The discussion of failure type was divided into the single use and combined use with failure model.The numerical results showed that the failure types of the HJC model and the main strain of the failure model have a great influence on the results.Finally,the simulation parameters suitable for the penetration experiments of concrete / reinforced concrete were determined;(3)The LS-DYNA program was used to simulate the high-speed penetration of thick concrete / reinforced concrete target.The simulation results were compared with the experimental results and theoretical results.The results showed that the agreement is good,including the penetration process,experimental phenomena,the three stages characteristics,block thickness,etc.;The characteristics of the two targets were also discussed in the acceleration,penetration velocity,residual velocity and other characteristics,as well as deformation characteristics of steel in reinforced concrete target;(4)Based on the LS-DYNA simulation results,the influence of the strength and thickness of the reinforced concrete target and the location of the projectile on the penetration was discussed from the numerical simulation point of view.The numerical results showed that the strength of the target plate has little effect on the results,but the influence of the target plate thickness and penetration position is obvious.Especially comparing the different penetration positions of projectile,it was found that the reinforcement ratio of the target plate significantly affects the residual velocity and acceleration of the projectile.
