Up to now,there is no independent software package for powder XRD data analysis in China.The analysis and processing of powder XRD experimental data in domestic research institutions or production departments need to use foreign software to complete.In addition,each international famous XRD manufacturer has its own powerful analysis and processing software package,which is basically blank in China.This is very disadvantageous to the development of domestic powder XRD research field,especially to the development of our own powder diffractometer.In order to solve this problem,our team independently developed a software package topmini,which has independent intellectual property rights.This paper will mainly introduce the basic principle of the software package,software development process and show the data test results.Topmini software package is written by visual Basic6.0 language and can be run on Windows XP / win7 / win10 platform.The software package includes three modules: data acquisition module,phase identification module and quantitative analysis module.Topmini can read ICDD pdf2.0 data through SQLite database.Through the analysis and processing of a variety of simulation data of different compounds and a group of measured data of three compounds,the analysis results are also compared with the international mainstream software analysis results,which shows that the topmini analysis results have high test accuracy and reliability.The comparison results show that topmini has reached the international level of similar software and achieved the initial development goal.Topmini software package has independent intellectual property rights.In the next step,the software package will be used as the main control program to match with the new powder X-ray diffractometer independently developed in China.
