At present,with the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of the quality of life of people,people are starting to pursue good food and green food safety on the basis of fullness.Therefore,the development of the plant factory production industry that solves this problem has become more rapid.However,the development speed of the related research fields that guide the production of plant factories cannot keep up with the actual needs.The important reason is that the existing related equipment for plant factory research has a relatively single function,the control system is relatively simple,the degree of intelligence is limited,and it is not suitable for Large-scale experiments,high costs,and insufficient data transmission and collection capabilities,cannot well meet research needs.Based on this problem,this dissertations has conducted a specific research and analysis for the plant growth environment needs for plant factory research,combined with the Internet of Things technology,and developed a cloud platform with comprehensive environmental parameters,high intelligence,and cloud platform.Control system of experiment box controlled by remote communication.This dissertations analyzes the technical products and development status of plant factories and their related research equipment,combines with their needs to improve the development needs of related equipment,discusses the deficiencies of existing equipment,and joint Io T technology,research and design a host computer cloud platform,The threelayer system architecture of the middle-layer transmission network equipment and the terminal experiment box,designed the control system of the plant growth environment intelligent experiment box based on the ARM Cortex-M4 core controller STM32F429IGT6 and the UCOS II operating system as the core Completed the host computer cloud platform that can remotely control multiple experimental boxes and collect experimental data.The experimental box can control and control various environmental parameters related to plant growth,and optimize the temperature and humidity control strategy.The hardware and software system of the intelligent experimental box control system Related research work.The test results of the control system of the plant growth environment intelligent experiment box show that the functional integrity of each module of the system,the stability of communication transmission,and the effectiveness of the temperature and humidity control strategy have met the design requirements.The use of the experimental box is continuously controllable for the environment inside the box.The upper-level system of the system can remotely control and collect environmental parameter data in multiple experimental boxes,including 6-color multi-spectral illumination of red light,blue light,green light,ultraviolet,infrared and white light,temperature,Humidity,carbon dioxide concentration,plant sample height and image data,and view and build a new experiment control experiment box through the cloud platform interface,to achieve the purpose of large-scale and more comprehensive collection of plant experiment data,to meet the plant factory research for further data collection The requirements provide a guarantee for further research on the plant factory.
