The Chinese economy is at an important stage of transition from rapid development to high-quality development.As the pillar industry of the Chinese economy,the construction industry bears the brunt of the transformation.Therefore,it is important and necessary to actively research new environmentally friendly building materials and promote green building materials.Ceramsite concrete has the advantages of light weight and fire resistance.Many researches on ceramsite concrete wall panels have been carried out at home and abroad,but it is difficult for traditional ceramsite concrete walls to form an independent structural system.In 2005,our research group proposed a ceramsite concrete composite insulation wall panel structure system.The ceramsite concrete wall used in this new structure system has the advantages of light weight,energy saving,and load-bearing.However,this new structure system is still in the research stage.Based on the previous research of ceramsite concrete partition wall and ceramsite concrete "one" shear wall,this paper has carried out the research of ceramsite concrete L-shaped wall panel joints.The research work of this article mainly includes:1.Four specimens with different cross-sections of the two groups of rectangular nodes of ceramsite concrete L-shaped wall panels and special-shaped nodes of ceramsite concrete L-shaped wall panels were designed and produced.Material tests were carried out on the concrete,steel bars and ceramsite concrete reserved during the pouring of the specimens,and the properties of the materials were obtained and their constitutive relations were established.2.In order to study the seismic performance of the ceramsite concrete L-shaped wall panel joints and the cooperative work ability of the wall panel and the joints,under the action of reciprocating loads,the seismic test method is adopted to analyze the experimental phenomena,bearing capacity and deformation,and hysteresis of each specimen.The results show that this type of specimen has excellent seismic performance.Under the action of earthquake,the flange can form a stable right-angle shape with the web,which can effectively resist the test.The piece is unstable.In actual projects,it is recommended to promote the use.3.A reasonable constitutive model was established on the basis of material tests.The seismic test simulation calculation was carried out on the ceramsite concrete L-shaped wall panel joints by using finite element analysis software,and the calculation results were compared with the test results.It shows that the hysteresis curve and failure shape of the model are consistent with the test results,which also verifies the reliability of the calculation model.4.After verifying the reliability of the modeling,12 finite element models were established by changing the axial compression ratio,the longitudinal steel reinforcement ratio in the node area,and the longitudinal steel reinforcement ratio in the wall panel area in the model to analyze these parameters.The influence of the specimen skeleton curve,stiffness degradation and ductility performance is further analyzed the seismic performance of the ceramsite concrete L-shaped wall panel joint specimen.The research results of this paper can provide theoretical support and technical guidance for the vigorous promotion and wide application of the ceramsite concrete L-shaped wall panel joint and the new ceramsite concrete thermal insulation wall panel structure system,which is of great significance to the rapid and healthy development of the construction industry.
