| Solid laser matrix materials can be divided into crystals, glass, brazing and ceramics.Compared with other materials, the advantages of crystals lie in high thermal conductivity, narrow fluorescence lines and high hardness. Therefore, crystals have been widely used in solid-state lasers. However, the pursuit of high quality, large size, high laser performance, low cost and adjustable laser crystal materials has always been the focus of researchers.Rare earth ions Eu2+and transition metal ions Mn2+and Co2+were co-doped in the crystal materials. The purpose of this study was to study the fluorescence spectra of Eu2+,Mn2+,Co2+ions in KZnF3crystal samples and the interaction between luminescent ions and central ions in KZnF3crystal samples. The process of energy transfer between ions is briefly described. The luminescence characteristics of crystal samples grown by crucible drop method are studied by X-ray diffraction, absorption, fluorescence and fluorescence lifetime decay curves.Chapter 1 introduces the application and development of solid-state lasers, the introduction of rare earth and transition metal ions used in this paper, the advantages of laser crystals as luminescent materials, and the laser crystals(potassium zinc fluoride crystals)studied in this paper.Chapter 2 introduces the whole process of preparation of potassium zinc fluoride single crystal, characterization of crystal properties of grown complete samples and related basic theories.Chapter 3 introduces a series of spectral characterization of Eu2+doped KZnF3single crystals, and studies the influence of Eu2+Doping on the luminescence of matrix materials.Chapter 4studies the spectral properties of Mn2+doped KZnF3single crystal. The experimental results show that the introduction of transition metal ions Mn2+promotes the luminescence properties of matrix materials. The interaction between ions and the energy transfer process are analyzed. At the same time, the related parameters of the lattice field are calculated.Chapter 5 analyses and studies the characterization of luminescent properties of Co2+single doped KZnF3crystals.By calculating the cell structure and lattice field parameters and energy transfer, the effect of transition metal ions on matrix luminescence is explained. The sixth chapter of this paper is the analysis and summarization of the experimental process and work results of this paper, and expounds a simple outlook for further research. |
